Finding your calendar in the application you want to export if from is usually rather straightforward. If, however, you can’t find it just let us know what service you want to export from/to and we’ll prepare instructions for you.
Please also note that services update with different intervals so there will always be a delay between booking and when you can see that booking in your calendar (on either service).
Also note that some calendars (like VRBO/HomeAway) may sometimes not block a date for that booking but should then send you a message stating that a booking has been received and that you need to manually block the date(s). We alway try to work with as many of the booking services as possible to make sure that things run smoothly but some things are outside of our control.
Here are a few samples of how calendars are exported from, or imported to, the respective service. This information is taken from the respective site and a link to full instructions is included.
As always, let us know if you have any issues and we’ll be glad to help in any way we can.

Note - you cannot export your Vrbo calendar if your listing is not live.

To Import a Calendar to Airbnb
Calendar importing allows you to automatically keep your Airbnb calendar up to date with an external calendar that supports the iCalendar format, including Google calendar or the calendar on HomeAway or VRBO.
If you edit an external calendar that syncs with your calendar on Airbnb, it will take a few hours for those changes to be visible to guests viewing your listing.
Calendar exporting lets you view your Airbnb calendar on an external calendar that supports the iCal format. To export your calendar in iCal format and add it to your external calendar:
